Everything sounds super cool and super amazing, doesn’t it? Everything vintage simply exuberates classiness. Vintage has always been around us in form of cars and homes, but now here’s a chance for you to wear vintage prints!
So what exactly are vintage prints? Any wild guess? Let me first tell you, you can be extra quirky with them, but keep in mind it looks extra classy too! The prints which come under vintage prints are- polka dots, wave prints, plaid print, prints of some scenery- morning, evening, night, lace print, very large floral prints. Vintage prints look their very best with Peter Pan collar and dresses with an empire lines.
Here are some ways in which you can rock the vintage prints—
Two piece outfit
A crop top and a midi skirt of the same print is the classiest thing ever! Plaid patterns in red and black color combination or baby pink and white combination look the best. Complement the look with pearls and try to keep it simple as possible. If you go for red and black patterns, wear black stilettos and if you go for the pink and white paid go for white wedges.
Vintage prints are the safest way of wearing a skater dress. Usually, skater dress seem to be plain and a little boring.. but when worn with vintage prints… it just keeps getting better! Wear a skater dress with vintage prints over pastel background, like pink, blue, orange, cream and beige. Complete the look with solid black accessories like a black sling bag or satchel bag, black peep toes or pumps and dark eyes! Wear this for a date, and your guy would just not be able to stop looking at you!
Who loves the Notebook written by Nicholas Sparks and directed by Nick Cassavetes? Set in the 1940s, the film is a perfect example of vintage fashion. The polka dots, that signature blue dress Rachel McAdams wore during the kiss with the fine detailing on the sleeves! Follow the movie just for the way Rachel McAdams is styled. You can give it an extra touch of vintage with the pouf hairstyle and gelled hair.
Well, well… this is my favorite part of vintage prints. Floral print dresses which flare up at the waist and has a broad and of cloth wrapped around it! Complement the look with diamond studs and pumps of colors of the floral prints.
Vintage prints are really cool and are a wardrobe must have! Do try it….
